This weekly freely-distributed magazine was available at numerous Fargo-Moorhead locations, from grocery stores to restaurants, during the 1970s and 1980s. First published in 1971[1], Howard Binford Guide provided a calendar, map, and other lists of various entertainment and night-life activities visitors and residents of the F-M area might enjoy. Publishing under this title ceased in 1989[2], at Binford's death, but the magazine has continued into the 21st century as Fargo-Moorhead Magazine[3], published by The Fargo Forum.
