The Lectra Haul is an enormous dump truck, designed for hauling large amounts of earth and stone in the mining industry. This machinery was first manufactured by Unit Rig and Equipment Company of Tulsa, OK in 1960.[1] The "Lectra" in the title references the electric motors used to move the machine. Each axle is powered by a similar motor as those used in modern diesel engines.
